Immigrant Employment-Related Mentoring Programs in BC:

The Immigrant Employment Council commissioned research to identify existing mentorship programs and create a “snapshot” of current mentoring programs in BC and explore and identify common themes for what is working well and the challenges that exist for immigrant mentorship programs in BC.
